1. No trades
2. Meetups to my convenience - Sembawang or Woodlands only. 
3. Items will be sold on a first pay first serve basis.
4. Items are all in brand new condition unless otherwise stated.
5. No refunds and items are non exchangeable.
6. I won't be responsible for lost mails. Please opt for Registered mail if you are afraid to lose your parcels.
7. I won't be responsible for damage mails caused by Singpost.
